I mentioned in the last post that my wife Mindy has this wicked good onion, bacon and walnut with feta salad recipe that she makes occasionally. Well, the other night she made something besides that salad. It was better(?)…I don’t know if the salad we had the other night was better than what I’m about tell you, but that salad is GOOD and so is this one…okay, this salad is super simple to make, cooling and tasty. Adults and kids alike dig this salad.
