I’ll be spending 90 minutes with you showing, demonstrating and gesturing (appropriately) on how to find and use different acupuncture points for different illnesses, such as upset stomach upset, digestive issues, headaches, nausea, pain, aches, and much more. I’ll also be showing you how to hold your hand for these points so that you minimize strain. There will be a hand out for you to keep and use in your arsenal against preventing your own illness. It’s going to be hands on. I can’t wait to see you there…are there anymore “hand” comments I can make about this fun event? It sure is handy to have a lecturing acupuncturist with a sense of humor.

Hey there fellow humans – I have an update for the end of October Chakra House Healing Party time and date. As always it’s the last Sunday of the month. The date is October 25th, but what’s different this month is the time. It’s from 2 – 4 p.m. So, c’mon down for a little free consult and acupuncture and a free consult with some massage. It’ll do your soul some good and both Susanne and I are great conversationalists that love to give away as much free information as we can for your health and wellness.

Upcoming this June 28th from 11 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. (the postcard I handed out to some of you is incorrect) there will be a healing party at the Chakra House (www.thechakrahouse.com). A healing party consists of drop-in participants experiencing and learning a little more about the healing modalities present at the healing party. This month for sure it’ll be Susanne Benton from Zanne Health Massage and yours truly from Gentle Tiger Acupuncture.

      I included David and Tina Bensman’s (the owners of the chakra house) website above, which I like very much. It’s informative, interactive, full of fun, healthy and potent products and check out the “chakra of the month” and take the quiz. Oh and the actual physical building  has a boutique, a yoga studio (see the studio below) and beautiful natural light permeating the yoga studio that makes you almost feel like your outside. If you closed your eyes, you could imagine it. I can tell that Tina and David work very consciously to make each room in their space flow as smoothly as possible and the inviting, comfy and seamless vibe that I get when I walk into the chakra house indicates to me that they have succeeded. Please come on down this Saturday June 28th from 11a.m. until 1:30 p.m. and check out the Healing Party and the wonderful space that Tina and David have provided that is also healing on its own.
