The Sliding Fee Scale for Community Acupuncture

Please note: The first time paperwork fee for all levels of income is $10.00

Part of the treatment routine includes rescheduling and making payments BEFORE  each treatment, so that you can relax & enjoy the treatment. Please keep personal belongings, (bags, shoes, etc.) with you & turn off your cell phone.

 CANCELLATION POLICY

 1.    We ask that you make every effort to notify me as far in advance as possible if you are unable to keep an appointment.  We ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations.  THIS EXPLICITLY MEANS THAT AN APPOINTMENT NOT CANCELLED 24 OR MORE HOURS PRIOR TO TREATMENT WILL INCUR A CHARGE EQUAL TO THE PRICE OF THE MISSED SESSION BILLED TO YOU, THE PATIENT. 

 2. Any session that is missed along with a no call/no show will be billed full price for the missed session as well. At the acupuncturist’s discretion, this charge may be modified or not incurred at all in the case of an emergency.3.    If you arrive 15 minutes or later after the time your appointment was scheduled to begin, we will apply a charge equal to 50% of the price of the missed session to your balance and a reschedule of that day’s appointment will be necessary.

Wu Shu Fan Treatment
1. Inspired by the Wu Shu Fans used in Kung Fu. This treatment is aimed at strengthening your daily foundation so that you are mentally, physically and emotionally strong and stable as you engage in your day-to-day endeavors and walk your path of heart.
30 minutes – $30.00

Golden Warrior Treatment
1. This treatment will give the same focus and concentration whether you’re training for battle in the field, behind a desk or in front of a computer. When it’s necessary to be mentally available to take in and integrate new information, it’s good to have a Golden Warrior in your corner.

Warrior Treatment Package – 4 treatments.
1. The purpose of this package is to enlist the help of the Golden Warrior to prepare you mentally emotionally and physically for your test or challenge; whatever that test/ may be – employment promotion, finals in high school or college, obtaining employment, etc. The treatments will be broken up into 2 treatments before your test and 2 treatments afterward to help you with coming down from the stress and taxation that a test will put on your body, mind and spirit.
30 minutes each for $113.00 ($7.00 discount for purchasing all 4)

Royal Bamboo Treatment
1. When the whole world seems to be invading your kingdom, this treatment will return your king and queen to the throne in order to restore order to the land of you. Please understand that after this treatment your mind, body and spirit will be fully under command; as it should be. The name for the Royal Bamboo Treatment is inspired by bamboo, because bamboo grows abundantly without the need for fertilizers and pesticides, you too will feel able to grow without assistance and be solid in your own skin.
40 minutes – $40.00

Smooth Sand Headache Removal
1. Sand gardens are ever changing and shifting. Once there are too many lines and the patterns have become chaotic, the sand needs to be smoothed over and begun anew. With this treatment, the patterns of your stress that cause your headache will be tended to by smoothing over the grooves and lines of your stress. With this treatment you’ll have the space to start over fresh. This is also good for headaches associated with the menstrual cycle, but don’t be fooled, men this treatment is just as good for you.
35 minutes for $35.00
