Treatment Fee Schedule

Initial Visit______________________  $90.00 (approx 1.50 – 1.75 hours)

Follow-up Visit___________________ $70.00 (approximately 1.00 hour)

Follow up Re-assessment__________  $90.00 (approximately 1.50 hours)

 Payment is expected in full at the time of service.  Checks, Cash, Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted.  There is a $35.00 service fee for returned checks.

Hours of Operation

Monday:  

    8 a.m – 6 p.m. (the last person in by 5 p.m.)

Wednesday:

    8 a.m. – 6 p.m. (the last person in by 5 p.m.)

Friday:    

    8 a.m. – 6 p.m. (the last person in by 5 p.m.)

 Cancellation Policy

 1.    We ask that you make every effort to notify me as far in advance as possible if you are unable to keep an appointment.  We ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations.  THIS EXPLICITLY MEANS THAT AN APPOINTMENT NOT CANCELLED 24 OR MORE HOURS PRIOR TO TREATMENT WILL INCUR A CHARGE EQUAL TO THE PRICE OF THE MISSED SESSION BILLED TO YOU, THE PATIENT. 

 2. Any session that is missed along with a no call/no show will be billed full price for the missed session as well. At the acupuncturist’s discretion, this charge may be modified or not incurred at all in the case of an emergency.

3.    If you arrive 15 minutes or later after the time your appointment was scheduled to begin, we will apply a charge equal to 50% of the price of the missed session to your balance and a reschedule of that day’s appointment will be necessary.
